What do you guys do to fight bad mood?

I find myself listening to music, eating some yummies or playing some computer games / drinking with friends to fight bad mood. How about you?

I just try to get my mind focused on anything except what's bothering me so I'll either play games or listen to music.

Listen to music, do homework, programming, play video games, or go over taekwondo techniques. ^_^
If I try everything and nothing works, I just talk with someone about it. A good friend.
