What do you want to remove/add to Tibia?

On holidays I'll made OT server so I want to know what things I should change in Tibia to make players happy
In this threat everyone can write which thing should be deleted/added/modified BUT witch sense, not only I don't like stamina - REMOVE IT!!!!!!

Prepositions:

1. Remove health/mana potions
   
   
   and get back to lifefluids/manafluids
   
   
   (profit to druids).
2. Completely remove immunity and weakness of creatures to elements.
3. Remove enchanting
   
   
   .
4. Remove level requirements to wear armours.
5. Remove some "only for vocation" armours (sample:
   
   ,
   
   ).
6. Remove armours' "Resist"

Please give me your comments and prepositions.

Remove spears, assassin stars, etc.... I hate the idea of a Paladin blocking like a knight and not make waste...

Why? Without req everyone will be able to buy weapon for rl cash from high lvls players and use even on 8 lvl. In my opinion it'll kill RPG in server (it's close to buying exp).

level requirements on runes

It's the same point like with weapons. Imagine that ppl are creating dozens of noob chars to pk. They can use SD on 8 lvl, you are trapped by 20 those pk's and get killed. I think it's not good idea.

If paladin is blocking like a knight, with the same skills like a knight, he will get ~the same waste like a knight.
Paladin have to buy ammunition, knight have to buy uhs.
