What does MAP Version mean in RME?

As the title says, What is the difference between map version?

This picture shows of the "Properties" tab wich show map version...

And in another map editor that I got with a 7.4 project you can choose 0.5.0 for 7.4-7.6 but map version 0.6.0 shows just a blank field.

And in the Regular latest RME 3.0 BETA, 0.5.0 shows blank and the 0.6.0 shows me 7.4-7.6!

Any explanation on what this is used for is very helpful!

What makes them differ from each other? If im gonna run a 7.7 with tfs 0.4 engine.. is there like a specific version i should use etc? =)

hey, i am a new to this program and my english is bad.

Who can tell me how to open otbm files with my RME? i can open only the ones i use, not the ones i download here. I always get the message: could not load tibia.dat. unknown .dat format version.

What to do to be able to load it? should i download all RME tibia versions (like 8.7, 9,4, 7,6 etc...)?
