what I need give to my friend (I.P) for he connect to my server

After 5 years of stopping to do my server I lost some skills on some points, I have a blank for my configuration on (config.lua) In config I put what Ip and IP I have to give my friend for that he can connect

And other question My Router Was change and now i don't know how open my Port With ZyXEL EMG2926 if someone can answer me

Doesnt matter what type of router, you just need to login. But sometimes internet providers do not let people to do port forwarding because of "security blablabla".
