What i need to add new items in 10.77

I looking for tools and advice how to add new item in 10.77
I have OTitemeditor 3.5.6 , i need something to add new sprites.
someone can help ?

There's a tool called "Data Editor" or something like that. It opens the tibia.dat and tibia.spr, showing all the sprites and you only have to add a new one, import the new sprites, apply it to the new one and save it. Being 10.77 it's easy find it.
