Okay, but if someone say "put this text in Db queries?" where should I put the text? :S

you go into that database and above where it says database it shows a little icon Sql hit that and then enter the text in the box and hit go

As 'Owned' Said, just click the "SQL" buttom and paste the code then click the run buttom.
