What is price? Where i can buy template for gesior?

Depends on what you want. If you look at the "normal" price - (note: this is nothing to follow at all, since you might just want a simple bootstrap layout or something super unique like the wow website etc.)
150eur - 500eur id say the "standard" price is depending on what you want. The "more like" the tibia.com layout you are going the cheaper it will be, then the programmer won't have to change the table styles in every page etc.
And belive me thats not fun :P I converted my gesior 2012 to use bootstrap just a month ago ~ :p.
