what is the best window to host tibia server

i mene what window xp vista me 2000 95 98 Win 2003 WE ?? i have real map server i have add all quest in all maps and all but wen it come like 80 player online thay get lags bug i have good computer wen i use website thay lag and wen u dont use website thay dont lag so i wanna know if i suld use windows 2000 (or that best is ?) or some ting that mabye not lagging then or what ?
