What is your worst sports injury?

Mine was when I broke my foot while riding BMX.

I broke both my leg bones. (Tibia and Fibula) And I've had a external fixation.

happened a few years ago, broke almost all bones in the foot because I was stupid and did something even more stupid xd

couldn't reach the roof with my hands (building to building around house height(the highest point))
