what server to host

OS: Linux ubuntu 13.10 64-bit

you can try it before I host 7.6 with 128 mb ram and 10mbps Network and was fine.
but not sure with real map try it

I had a Download of 14 MB and Upload of 1~ could host RL Map with 40 PPL few said its lagging..

wich server distro is the best for hosting 7.6? i did see there is one based on tfs 1.0 by evulmastash but i saw some people here got a bug with account and website
