what should i host rl map/custom??

hello im wondering if i should host a rl map/custom ot if so can anyone help me get a link?

Information:
all quest's must work
must have everything in data folder
must have mount's
must be 8.70 client version

i dont think there is 8.70 custom with all working fine you can simply do 9.31 server and put your map
