hi, I'll start up my server, and I want to buy dedicated server, and do not know which company is the best what do you recommend?

No company is "bad" but you do get bang for your buck. If you have a fair bit of knowledge in LINUX if its your desired platform you can pretty much get any "known" company as it might reqire some thinkering with system and kernels as some support tibia servers and some don't.

Are some cheap ones but one is limited to who can buy them and other one is sometimes harder to setup because of the problems with kernels sometimes but overall after some thinkering they can both work without problem and support is great for server4you to be honest quick replies 6-12 hours the most
P.S. If you are new to linux, hosting and all sorts of problem you could run into then go to JOBS section and search for DHS or something like that hosting they specialize in TIBIA servers
