If you ask me you should try to see to what you want / need instead of what other people think, even what you have knowledge in.
If you want a tibiacom layout -> gesior.
If you want a bootstrap layout / custom -> znote or a really rewritten gesior, trust me it will take ALOT of time to rewrite gesior to look decent with bootstrap :p

Looks like some weird gesior 2012 version, so atleast s/he updated to a safe version :p
Would prefer the tibiacom layout over that one tho :p
