Probably the easiest way hosting an ots for customers and not just. For yourself is using DonDaniellos hosting service (its not free) which is specialized and easy for hosting ots.

I'd say the easiest way is to host at home. That's what I do and dedicated host is really laggy to remote (at least for me)...
