Whats wrong with RME?

Hello , when i loaded a clean evolution map all the creatures were gone, NPC's and monsters.
And i can't place monsters on the map either, nothing happens and yes, i used the "spawn button".
What is wrong

Monsters are there.. you just have to make it visible on map editor..
