Well, I'm kinda noob at this... I've tried to start my server for 2 days now...

And NOW I get this error...

Do you have at least one Town in your map?
I dont mean if its built, I mean the townId (Edit -> Towns...) or wherever it was.

Yes, I have a town and a townID.

After using some fantastic OtLands, and not only, search function I have found out that you have to make 2 towns on the map (Ctrl + T).

Im famous with map editor problems on loading.

It's the map version,

if its 8.42, try to do 8.40 then load map, if not , 8.31.. will probably work..
