TFS 1.X+ When a player logs in or out, the ping goes up to 2k on the server

Could someone help me, where can I find this error? I'm testing on a 16gb ram machine, in my country, even with 2 players, if 1 logs in or out of the server, it causes a lag of 2k ping for a few seconds.

Connecting to an external database may cause lag as the server is fetching data synchronous from database. You should either keep your database on your local machine or change your queries to async queries. There is also a way by using a querymanager, but that requires a bit more knowledge.
