when i want to get Premium on otland using Paypal (pros question)

I got a problem when i try to get a premium in Otland using Paypal

Firstly: in my county United Arab Emirats, they only put the Master Card First Name And Second Name with numbers and letters.
so when i try to Put the first and last name i got this:

Your information is incomplete or incorrect. Please correct the fields below and try again.

First Name: Please enter only letters, hyphens, spaces and commas.
Last Name: Please enter only letters, hyphens, spaces, and commas.

can someone help me please ?

not sure if this may help, but make sure that the writing method is full English, you can tell by looking at the taskbar, to the right it should say "EN" , also check if your browser has proper encoding "Unicode(UTF-8)" (Not entirely sure, but I've had problems having my words be accepted, just because I used an improper encoding).

Check those things and report back.
 
im sure about language but please give me a steps for unicode i cant get it
 
Press Wrench Button > Tools > Encoding make sure it's on UTF-8

For more help post a SS of the form.(please censor out things you do not want others to see(sensitive/private info))

question, are you trying to link your credit card with paypal?

OK i will assume you have done this, so let me know if there is anything you haven't done,

1. selected the amount to donate to otland and have pressed the Paypal button.
2. Have logged in to Paypal to make the purchase.
3. Paypal asks you to add/link a credit card to your Paypal(since you do not have a credit card linked?)

4. Make purchase.(I know this part is not done yet)

Anyway please send me a screenshot of where you have the problem(Please be sure to censor your addressbar,and info you do not want anyone to see, before posing picture)

lol they need like 4 digital numbers on card statement. so i have to go bank to pay 9 $ ???

Dude just log in with Paypal! it will ask for the credit card in there!

or

Try not adding numbers on the second name? just your Last Name.

Isn't your card a Master Card? why does it show Visa?

BTW I never had this kind of problem before! :P

I believe that I clearly see two zero's at the begining of the last name which it clearly says in nice big bold letters "Please enter only letters, hyphens, spaces, and commas.", yet you still put two numbers in.
 
when i skip the numbers i got this:
Your credit or debit card has been declined for this transaction; PayPal could not validate the card. Please verify that the information you entered is correct, or try a different credit or debit card.
 
Contact your local PayPal support. They will have to help you. Alternatively, you can contact me via PM and maybe we will figure something out.
 
Solved its depend to my credit card balance LOL am such as idiot :P
my balance was not 9 $ but now am primum :) thanks god
