When player spamms they get muted and can't use spells.

maxMessageBuffer = 4 and I can not use spells when im muted

Thanks! Changed it to
maxMessageBuffer = 0
and now the mute function is off

Mute function must be enabled, but if you are muted you should be able to cast spells :<
