TFS 1.X+ Where can i change the Yell distance?

As the title says where could i adjust the SQM distance of yelling talktype? I have guards on my city that will yell the name of the monster that has invaded the city but the yell speech does not make it to the depot. I was wanting to increase the distance of the yell talk type. TIA!
