As the tittle says.

Let's say for this:

21:29 You see a focus cape (Arm:9, magic level +1).
It can only be wielded properly by sorcerers and druids.
It weighs 21.00 oz.
ItemID: [8871].
Position: [X: 1162] [Y: 1506] [Z: 7].

In items theres nothing about vocations required to use this item, and yet ingame it shows as only for ms/ed :p
