I uploaded one. If you think that's some kind of virus, don't donwload then.

In that folder you will need to put Tibia.spr and Tibia.dat, i didn't do that becouse Tibia.spr have 35mb, and my upload speed is sux, so you will just need to add that.

Well, picture need to be size 38x38 and background pink. You can make picture in paint, or where ever you want.
