If it is in Lua, or source, it doesn't really matter. I need to change it because my server is been produced in another language.

Chars says is in the client. You might be able to change it with a hex editor and loot of... is in the source https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver/blob/master/src/monsters.cpp#L166
