Where do into game transferred premium scrolls go?

I transferred 2 of my 4 premium scrolls into Tibia to two of my characters.
On the website i now have only 2 scrolls left which is right.
But problem is premium scrolls never arrived in my depot, or inbox ingame !
Where the fuuu are they?
I wanted to give them to my friends since i stopped playing and now they just didnt appear ingame :(
