Lua Where I can change "You advanced in xxx"

I want to change these names in chat log. Someone said you can do it in creaturescript.
Is it in source code or where? I think no becouse when I start with clear TFS 0.3.6 was same.
Anyway there are no hex like "You advanced", 'advanced", "Weapon Fighting (except my what i change in hex from club fighting). What to do then?

It's in the sources, you will need to search for the string then make whatever changes and recompile the server.
Before you say how as most people do.. see above.
