Where is config.lua located

Can anybody tell me this?
Like C:\xampp\config.lua?
I can't find it, please, what is the path to the config.lua

If you mean xampps configs:
xampp\apache\bin\php.ini
xampp\php\php.ini

If you mean OTS config.lua, it is in the same place as *.exe, data folder and *.dll files.
