Where is the inq bosses?

Where is the Inquistion(spelling) bosses in RME? Just can't find them as I downloaded http://otland.net/f50/8-31-inquisition-quest-99-full-safe-19053/ And I dont know how to put in spawns & Scripts :blink:

Edit:The spawn files was empty. Still need to know where the bosses is.
