which app is used to edit or stract spr/dat from otclients? apk wanna change it's files

You can use APK Editor Studio or WinRAR / 7-Zip (right-click the file > Open with > WinRAR / 7-Zip)
For editing .spr and .dat files - the best tool is Object Builder Releases · punkice3407/ObjectBuilder (https://github.com/punkice3407/ObjectBuilder/releases)
