Which type of server do you think would be best?

Ok so i know there are many servers out there. Which one do you think would be best? Here are a few categories i would like to discuss to be able to make the best server i can. Please leave your opinions and let me know what you think.

FULL CUSTOM
I know some people would prefer a full custom but i know that they can be difficult to start as there is no guide to go by. No one knows where anything is and people get lost and such and although its something new there is just no familiarity.

LATEST CLIENT
With these there is no need for exploration as most of it can be found on tibia.wikia. There is little left to be explored as people know where everything is so its more repetitive and can get boring.

MIXED CLIENT
I call it a mixed client but its basically the LATEST client with fully custom areas. Not Gengia or Pyre or anything but something completely new.

PVP
This can be fun as it allows players to kill each other and leaves the killer skulled. However it can be bad as players lose items after recieving a red skull or black skull. This can be balanced out however by lowering the time that skulls last and increasing the number of kills to obtain that particular skull. Also this leads to skull hunting which is always fun and can benefit players being pked by higher level pkers. Also it limits power abuse from ruling guilds.

PVP ENFORCED
Can be a lot of fun but can also lead to 1 guild ruling the server and getting unlimited number of frags to make sure they stand unopposed. However it allows endless wars and random killing which can be fun. Also you can kick people out of your hunting area without worrying about skull hunters coming.

Medium EXP
Its understandable that a lot of players hate the grinding that Tibia demands to reach high levels so boosting it should be good. Medium exp rates can allow players to reach high levels with less grinding than normal but as you get higher it becomes harder... Is this a good thing or how do you see it?

High EXP
High exp can be fun at first because you are able to hunt better monsters sooner without grinding and can be fun. But after reaching a higher level everything can be hunted easier so makes it less fun. Also it can get boring after you easily accomplish all quest and can beat thing on the server.. how do you see this?

Donor items
How do players feel about donor items? Obviously servers need donations but sometimes the items are really really strong where as other items are slightly stronger. How do you feel donors should be? I know that paying should get you better eq but does that mean that players who grind skill should be able to be killed by players who just bought a item and havent spend the time skilling? So should donors get such a huge boost over the strongest obtainable weapon in game or is a +5 or +10 atk good enough?

1. Outfits that give different effects,
2. Custom Spells
3. Custom Vocations
4. More Promotions

I appreciate any feedback. I plan on using this as a guide to making a better server for everyone to enjoy.

Full custom war ot with changed spells.
Druid: Focusing on healing
Sorc: focusing on spell damage
Pally: focusing on dps
Knight: Focusing on tanking

Can you elaborate on your answer? You pretty much gave me nothing. Saying full custom war with changed spells.. So does exp rates not matter? Should i reduce it the exp rates by 50% to make it harder? should i make loot 2x easier to find? When you respond you should go in depth because i guarantee i can find a dozen servers like what you posted but if you go into detail it makes it more unique.
 
@Raging_Mage First time putting a server together?
Client: CUSTOM with a custom map. NO REAL MAP
PvP: Honestly I don't think it matters. Pvp or pvp-e if a team is strong enough they can take over a server lol.
Exp: Medium exp of course.
Donor items:Don't make it pay to win lol. Best thing is have all donor items obtainable in game just later on and not instantly. Make them want to work for it. And don't make them stupid OP.
Outfit bonuses: No. It forces one to have to wear a specific addon unless its semilar to how Ascalons addons were. I can explain if you dont know.
Custom spells=a MUST
Promotions/vocations: Always nice to have something new.
