TFS 1.X+ White Skull BUG

I have a problem in the white skull, the problem is that randomly the player has a white skull infinitely, can spend hours and does not disappear. The problem does not happen in every player is random.

have you made any creatureevents that deal with skulls?
what tfs are you using? does it have edits?
