Why all the lags.

Hi guys, I have an Evoltion 8.54. When I host it people that lives in the same country as me says it lags. Why :S Could it be the server or what? Is 10 MB/s up too slow for 10 players? >.<.

SPECS:
CPU: Intel Core i7 920
RAM: 6GB
GPU: Radeon 5850
I almost got the best gaming rig you can ever have lol.
CPU usage: 05% at desktop when tibia & Server on.
The for CPU and GPU is about 40 Celsius wich is nothing.
Whats the problem?

linux / windows? did you checked your HDD? Maybe it is broken? Do you have libboost 1.38+? Any scrpits lagging? Disable all mods, custom scripts monsters etc and test again

I have windows 7 professional, And nothing is broken in my PC. I bought if 2,5 weeks ago. And the whole server is kinda, "Custom" alot of monsters , items, runes, spells etc.. Could it be the custom stuff??...
