Why cant i buy premium?

Im sure that i entred everything right only bad thing is that i cant put åäö there :s

That's not the problem. It is possible, that your card was automatically rejested by antiscam heuristics. You should email Support about that, they'll know.

But it was the same when I tryed to buy a game at steam. You really think I should try to contact them?
