Lua Why Do I need to De-equip and Equip to get regenation of my boots

Hello
I should mention before we start, I use 0.4 r.3777 8.60.

So, When I die on my otserv, i have to requip everything in order to make it regenation my health/mana again, like from the boots, Like soft boots for example.
why is dis???
