Why don't players like to use Custom Clients?

And Id like to add. Whenever I play a server I make a custom client myself. Just so I wont need to start ip changer all the time and also nice things like mc and lighthack in the client.

But I only play 1 server at a time, and when I occasionally play some war server I just use ip changer.
