why i cant put my server on?

I'm trying to put on my server, and it really is online, it has 60 people, most always say that when I try to put in otservlist ------ Your server has to be online if you want to add it to our list! - ----
why?
help me please , thanks

It's in tfs sources in status.cpp find something like "lock connection"
and remove entire entry

I don't have this tfs, therefore I can't tell you where it exactly is

To make changes working you must compile your TFS again
