I have an Intel Pentium Dual processor which is supposed to be at 2.4 GHz but when I ran a system check to play Sims 3 (it keeps crashing) it says that it is only 2.39 GHz! Please any advice is appreciated my Sims 3 keeps crashing my computer and it is very frustrating. Everything else on my computer meets the requirements except for the CPU speed. Thank you.

Oh dude, it's only 0.01 less than you excepted, probably it's something like 239(something) MHz and producent wrote 2.4 GHz, it's normal. I.e. I have CPU @ 2498, but it says everywhere it's 2.5 GHz, but it's just FEW MHzs so it wouldn't even help you with sims.

Yeah it is, it's advertised as 3200 Mhz compared to Intel Pentium
