To be honest You can say it about most of servers. There is bunch of fragile snowflake users here who will jumped to your throat, if you dare to post anything else than offer of jerking off the developer.

Yeah, and in the eyes of the user its easier to post and wait to see if its okay instead of just giving a quick read to the rules.
Sometimes users don't even listen to warnings or such, they actually just post the same thing again.
