Complaint Why my donation expired??

Could someone enlighten me why my Premium expired?
I renewed it a few weeks ago and now I can not access the premium area.

By some chance I would have been banned from the premium area? If this is what motive? I'm really wondering what happened to my Premium in OTland.
I wish somebody would send me to the link to see the day that ended my Premium so I try to understand what happened.

when you have 3 days of donation left, it will be gone on the 4:th day.. got it?
