Why was Zisly banned?

Does anyone have any idea why he is banned?

I gave him an infraction just before, but afaik he only had 1/3 points, so it certainly wasn't me who banned him.

Was trying to respond to his reply to the infraction but couldn't send a message to him because they're disabled :'(

Why could a mod not have just deleted it?
