Why wont my server go online

i barely created my first open tibia server and im stuck please help. Character list loads but when i try to click a character, the cannot connect to server pops up

The character list loading means that 7171 port is open. You need to open port 7172 in your modem in order to make people able to login in your server.

Use your ipv4 address to open it.

Can you confirm these ports are actually open and reachable? You can use canyouseeme.org for this.

Also, if you are connecting to the server from within the network; use your local network address (192.168.x.x).

Mysql or Sqlite?
Checked config.lua and made sure everything looks good there?
