Lua Wierd and rare Unique ID error.

Well there's a small story behind this situation, but i'll just get to the point.
My serv console is showing these type of "Duplicate Unique ID (random number)" AFTER the serv has started! I have fixed all the unique ID's but these things keep popping up.. its not anything to do with server, when i hosted it on my home comp, those things didn't come up.
Any ideas folks? Wud appriciate! Rep++

Hey guys i've found the problem!! :O
It's something in my database!
I used an old .sql file for on the test serv, and no "duplicate UniqueID" popped up! When I used the current one, it started popping up again!
Any idea how I can find what character or w/e in the database is doing this to the server ?

btw.. it's something to do with the players i've figured out. not a storage problems or smth, its just something 10% of the servers players are affected by. And it occurs Only when they Log in.
