do wild horses spawn? if so what times as wiki sez every 3hrs from ss but your ss is a driffrent time and i keep chacking and no horses

they do spawn every 3hours from server save, and if you wanna know when server save was just say !uptime and it will show u how long the server has been online for

iv come to the wild horse spawn on the hr for the last 3 hrs to see if spwand and nothing , if some gm or w.e could check on it plz

as far as i know 16:00 and you will find one of them for sure. same as 22:00

Isn't it like they don't spawn if someone have rented a horse from the NPC?
