Windows Will i be able to host a server?

Hey guys.

I would like to know if i will be able to host a server, with maybe 10 ppl on or sumthing?




My computer specs aint a problem but would like your opinion on the speedtest, i know it sucks, used to have about 10 mbit buh.

well if you dont do any thing on your pc that uses internet execpt playing on your server you can hold 20-40 players depending on your computer spec also!

And it can be even less if you're going to host a website with lots of big images, css files and javascripts.
