Does anyone know a program that disables unnecessary programs on the system? When I do it manually after restarting, they are still enabled and I can not disable Windows updates

to disable windows 10 update
part 1
open Run ( Win+R) and type gpedit.msc
Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Update ..
Configure auto update = disable
auto update detection = disable
allow auto update = disable
recommended update = disable

part 2
open TaskManager ( Win+X) and choose task manager
go to Services .. search for windows update in description -> Right click and open services
find windows update in name section and properties u can make it manual or disable it ..
back to task manager and stop the services .. auto update has been stopped
