Windows Windows 2003 Server Xampp ports.

Hello, I've recently installed windows 2003 server and i've got problems with xampp, apache doesn't start, maybe a problem with ports, but there's ANY applications on the OS.
I've justed pasted server folder, database & xampp installer.
What can be?
I already tried to change on htpd that listen 80 to listen 8090 or listen 81
but it doesn't work, i think that it isn't changing the port, because it still saying port 80 when trying to start apache.

what xampp did you install? 1.7.7?

Have you got runned applications on port 80 (like Skype, TeamViewer)?
Maybe, this may be the cause.

i had the same problem, but with ws2008 .. i tryed wamp and xamp .. none of them works ... i had to install and remove them many times rofl ...

i had same problem,i did reinstall,the whole sheit,backuped my (htdocs),dbs,And then it works agian
