Windows Windows 7 and Tibia

I installed windows 7 on my laptop last night and I am having problems while running the Tibia client. The graphics let me choose Direct x5 & Direct x9 although when I choose OpenGL it lags severely and doesn't work basically.

Does anyone know why when I use Direct x9 my framerate is so high that it makes me debug when I run into players?

Well I already installed the latest nVidia drivers.
Maybe they aren't working correctly because of Windows 7...and might work with Vista only?...

I got windows 7 and I can run tibia just fine.

I simply need to set frame-rate limiter down to something like... 30 or 50, then it stays there and I wont crash.

Rexxar told u the answer xDDD Just put the frame rate to 30-50
'Cause humans can't see faster movements, I mean.. The human eye can only see between 30-60 framerates, that's what I hear from my biology teacher
Also, that worked fine for me.. I've Windows 7, too xD

That's why movies are 25 frames/s

In games you mostly want more then 30 to get a smooth feeling while running and shit.
