Windows 7 Portforward [HELP]

Hello guys and womens
Ive lately had this problem with my server, i have portforwarded. Putted in 7171 and 7172 in the router, but i cant connect with 127.0.0.1. Ive also tried the orginal ip too, ive putted it in on config lua and everything.

Yea but i cant find them the "Edit securitysettings" cant be clicked on because its more like unclickable

Since we are talking about Port Forward i assume it is in a router.

What router do you use?
These are some ports that good to have port forwarded.
80 (Websites *HTTP*)
7171 (Tibia)
7172 (Tibia)
21 (FTP) (If you are going to use it)
110 (POP3)
995 (Secure POP3 (SSL-POP)
143 (IMAP)
585 (Secure IMAP (IMAP4-SSL)
993 (IMAP4 over SSL (IMAPS))
25 (SMTP)
465 (Secure SMTP (SSMTP)


After i have portforwarded and installed all i need for my tibia server i write http://localhost it should open your homepage and then you can use whatever other address you need. i for example have fofevo.servegame.com
