Windows 8.1 tibia problem?

Hello there i hope somebody could help me i have a gaming laptop that haves problem running tibia smooth i have the fps set on 40- 50 and it sometimes drop too 10 and after 1 second of freezing he gets back at 40-50.

SPECS:

msi
Windows 8.1
intel core i7 4700mq 2.40ghz
8 gb ram
Nvidia gforce gtx 765m

Btw i dont have problem running gta 5 or life is strange. Also playing ots i have these problems but when im running otclient i dont have these problems.

I am having same problem... I think it's cause Windows' related programs (Windows Update, etc.) are doing something in system.
I am also using Windows 8.1

well i set maintenance off and windows update off and still having this problem :/

somebody told me it could be a memory leak any way too fix that?

Well for some reason my tibia is fixed when im deleting tibia and reinstall. But if i switch my laptop off and start it the next time ive gotten this freezes again for some reason.

Try using different graphics modes in the tibia client.
Can't remember what your options, I think they are like DX5, DX9, OpenGL
Try something other than what you currently have it set to
