Do you using stian's dev-c++ to compile this tfs?

i have the same problem and yes to mine

tr1 is from the new c++0x. Dev-cpp comes with a mingw from 2000 b.C, so it won't compile.
maybe codeblocks come with newest mingw. if not, just download mingw from their website and install it in your dev-cpp folder.
