Wndr3700 portforwarding problems!

Hey! I got a Netgear WNDR3700 router and I don't know how to use portforwarding! I would be happy if someone can help me Here is a picture.

I'dont know if I should use Portforwarding, Port Range Forwarding or Port Triggering?

What should I write in Source Net?, Port from?, Port to? and ip adress?

Write local IP (the ip u get with ipconfig), then write ports 7171 as start and 7172 as end.

Hi, i cant open my ipconfig it shut down when i try too open it, isnt it other ways too see the local ip?
